Exception – Size Issues in Non-Adjustable Jewelry

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky. An exchange may be considered only in the following cases:

• Non-adjustable rings
• Non-adjustable bracelets

Conditions for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues
• Exchange is subject to product availability
• Only one exchange per order will be permitted
